Recipients: the Rev. George Dyer, no. 10, Clifford's Inn, London, and Samuel Egerton Brydges, Denton, Kent. In (1), his letter to Dyer, he mentions sending an article to the Monthly magazine on Bernardin de Saint-Pierre's Etudes de la nature and formerly intended Life of Rousseau. In (2), to Egerton Brydges, he mentions writing a pamphlet on the revival of the cause of reform in the representation of the Commons in Parliament.
